Thomas, Some of it sounds like sour grapes to me. Lots of people give lousy advice from time to time and should be held accountable, including yours truly. But JC sounds like he is trying to escape all blame for the UK fiasco and the show on Fox. Both sound like reasonable extensions of the co., but the execution was faulty. Perhaps some of that had to do with AA, but my guess is that as much or more had to do with TSC content.

I do think that auditors hold a lot of sway over small firms and large firms hold a lot of sway over auditors. Both are situations that should be addressed. But other than some quasi-govt. oversight group, I can't see how it will get much better. Perhaps financial oversight is not one of those things a capitalistic system can do right.
