I used 60m oustanding shares in my calculation. That was a mistake. It's 90m out. So the stock is a tad above book value but not much. In fact Price/book is around 1.17.. Sorry for my confusing 60 with 90.. Last but not least I liked this recent PR in which they announce a collaboration with a promising upstart for 40Gbit/second ASIC designs:biz.yahoo.com OptiX Networks and TranSwitch Corporation to Unveil Strategy for the Broadband Optical Network Market during OFC 2002 OptiX to deliver 40G and 10G VLSI solutions for optical transport BTW - a tiny firm where I recently bought a stake has announced photonic detector products (Photodiodes) in wafer form for integration into end OEM designs.. INTEVAC.. around $4.25.. sort of "complementary" investment to TXCC all the best CROSSY
