I know very little about Buddahism, except I have a perception it's a very peaceful religion. I read a book about it, many many years ago, but the only memory I have of it now is that I felt/feel positive about it.

I am not religious except I believe that there is/must be a higher power, I have witnessed and heard first hand too many things to say that there's not some sort of a guiding being up there somewhere.
