Gold conspiracy case dismissed
theminingweb.com
In a serious blow to those alleging a carefully scripted global conspiracy
to suppress the price of gold, a judge has refused to allow progress
to the discovery stage...

PRINCETON, NJ -- Reg Howe's audacious case...

The Judge agreed with the defendants that Howe could only claim injury
if he dealt directly in the gold market. Being a shareholder is not
good enough...

With Howe's case dead in the water, Gata's profile is likely to founder.

[GATA] has already turned its back on the American media
after failing to secure mainstream coverage, and has alienated
the corporations that hold the key to taking over Howe's case.

... a harsh anti-climax and Gata must restrain its supporters
from resorting to the cheapest and easiest trick...

Hello Tim,
"Gata's profile is likely to founder."
What?
I have had the privilege of meeting you...
you are are a gentlemen and a scholar.
But, a misguided one.
The gold price is headed for $800 to $1,000 per ounce.
Were you out there...
Instead, you have gone, the "trad" route of nowheresville commentary.
Gold is going to explode.
GATA and the brilliant Reg Howe have JUST BEGUN
to incriminate the Gold Cartel crooks.
Please keep this email for your records.
The "Enveloping Horn" battle strategy of GATA,
fashioned after the legendary African general SHAKA,
is going to shake your gold world up BIG TIME!
The best to you,
Bill Murphy

Tim Wood would be the first to jump on the bandwagon...
... my dear Mr Tim Wood, is a far reaching and serious finding
in respect of the manipulation and conspiracy by the defendants
of the gold price. This finding will have far reaching consequences
for the gold crooks [I am quite happy to use strong language
like Mr Bill Murphy to describe the conspirators] and you can
be rest assured that legal proceedings will follow against
the likes of JP Morgan Chase and others following this...
You [Tim Wood] appear to be a great supporter of the gold manipulators
and conspirators... Mr Howe and GATA have and are continuing
to act in the best interests of gold and those investors invested
in bullion, gold coins and gold shares. Your ongoing attack
on GATA and Mr Bill Murphy is illdirected and rejected
with the utmost of contempt.
I will be the first to contribute to legal costs should Mr Howe
decide to take the ruling of Judge Lindsay on review.
I have referred the Howe court action and the judge's ruling
to my attorneys with instructions to proceed with legal action
against those members of the manipulators and conspirators
that are not protected by immunity.
What Tim Wood is suggesting is that had the judge...
My counsel has informed me that there are very strong grounds
for appealing against the ruling of Judge Lindsay, no doubt that
the brilliant Mr Reginald Howe will make his own decision
on the prospect of appeal once he has fully studied the judgment.
Tim Wood's views on legal matters are as frivolous as his...
He will find the bandwagon [support of the gold manipulators
and conspirators] to be a bumpy ride into a unknown future,
this wagon does not have inflated rubber wheels,
brace yourself for what is to come. Joe van Zyl
