All well and good, Morris's kissing Bush on all four cheeks, hoping for a big political consultant gig. Not likely, but someone will hire him to push the mil-indy POV.

All this Geopolitical Nintendo is great sport for totally amoral opinion engineers like Morris.
He doesn't give a crap if Americans pay in dollars and blood. Armchair bastards like him should be on the ground in the front lines, spouting their wisdom while carrying an M16.

The only problem is it will fail completely to staunch the real source of terrorism: money.
You can take out Saddam and his successors and it makes no difference.
The more money there is in terrorism and large oil contracts, the more terrorism there will be.

Great article by Morris, thanks for posting.....understand that Dubya after consulting the "almighty" about middle east policy has decided to bring in the only man who understands the issues of middle east and has the respect of both sides and can bring some sense to US policy in this vital part of the world.....Former President Bill Clinton. Apparently Morris is quickly writing new column questioning wisdom of the "almighty".
