Yes, "we" had better keep a tight reign on the money ... Now, how to do that? Well, I guess by having full disclosure and complete accountability at the top, and throughout gov't. That'll take care of the first 40%, and several billion/yr in foreign corruption aid to warlords and hostile factions that spit in the face of anyone involved with their enemies. And since we're involved with all, we're spit on by all sides. Or, I should say, our citizens are spit on, insulted and killed, while profiteers laugh all the way to the bank in their "Predators". Then for the cream at the top, the petrodollars, encourage consumers to find non-terrorist oil and petroleum products. Do you think that's possible? It certainly is, with modern oil transport and accountability. Do you think that'll cause a change, and save thousands of lives? It certainly would. Do you think it'll happen? Not without a fight. This administration is in favor of more money to the corrupt and deviant Saudi partners of Bush Inc., and will fight tooth and nail to keep that cash flowing. Your money, and your life.
