I think it's a pretty safe bet that the attack on Iraq is postponed for the time being.

Had Bush & Cheney got the full support they were looking for, the attack would be started as early as of about
20th April. (A South African stargazer foresaw that as early as December 2001.)

Cheney was disappointed that the friendly Arabs were
non-supportive. Then Jean Chretien returned from Washington and said that the attack would not go ahead. However, he didn't say it would not go ahead in the future.
