Typical, one end's up with an error page. First, click on the URL in the article then select 'Visit the store' in the right corner of the (top left) block on the 8000:

athome.compaq.com

At the bottom of this page is, "Build for You," where people make 3 selections. Leave the, "Select Your Category," as is--MyMusicStudio is selected. For "Components," leave the processor in the screen as is then pick either software package. One _must_ pick 1 of the 2 to proceed.

Now click on, "Next." Here's the message I get, no matter which software package I select:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e10'

Procedure 'usp_GetMatchingBasesForSoftware' expects parameter '@User_Type', which was not supplied.

/store/configuration.asp, line 115
[end of error message]

Good going, CPQ. Make a big announcement about a new PC, put a URL for people to buy one--then make it impossible for people to buy because someone at CPQ failed to adequately test the web site links before making the announcement.

I shake my head.

Where can I report this problem so it will be **quickly** addressed???

Regards,

Lynn
