I have also lost really big money in the junior golds. They are a strange breed of cat. More speculative vehicles for the insiders than anything else, this is especially true of the Canandian Junior Golds were you have even less legal and regulatory protection than you do in the United States if that is possible.

The value now is to know which ones really have operating mines or late stage properties and will be able to come back to life without diluting the existing shareholders out of their gains.

Caveat Emptor was first uttered by a Roman holder of Canadian mining stocks.

Look at Dayton Mining DAY in NYSE,Expatriate Resources EXR on whatever the new name for the Vancouver Exchange is and and a much higher grade company that is a large cap stock and has very good management,Tek,TEK is on the Toronto . This is not investment advice and wow all these types of companies are extremely risky. But at least when you start with these they have large inside ownership and extensive properties.
