Dear Duke: I even telephoned CPQ about this. I tried calling and speaking with a Presario tech person, asking her to notify the right person. After hearing me out (I read her the error message), she put me on hold. COming back, she said she had discussed the matter with her supervisor. This person said I should just order it via the toll free number!!

I said I wanted the problem reported, did _not_ want to buy via the phone. She there must be some problem with my internet connection if I can't access the page. I asked if she had tried [I offered to walk her through]. She replied, "No," that she didn't have to--if the PC was advertized on their site, there could _not_ be a problem--it had to be on my end.
