A similar problem came up a few weeks ago that was unresolved. Sherry never let us know if the problem was fixed or what she tried. She explained the problem just like you did but her problem was being unable to download anything. Here's the link.

Check my reply for a few steps to try. I'm assuming your problem with streamers is probably java related. Here's a link to a java troubleshooter.

Rambi & Sherry,

That icon with the box, circle and triangle usually means that your browser was trying to download a picture, but was unable to to load the picture. It can be caused by a server being down, a bad link, a piece of software on your computer that is blocking images from downloading, or your browser is not set up to "show pictures".

First try to right click on the icon. If you have an option in the pop-up menu to "show picture", click on that option.

If that doesn't work and you are using Internet Explorer, pull down the Tools menu and click on "Internet Options...". Go to the "Advanced" tab, then scroll down to the "Multimedia" section and make sure that the "Show Pictures" option is selected.

Hope this helps.
