So what is the proof ? that Phalangist who are / were Lebanese arab citizen killed other arabs after telling the Israelis that at Israel's request that Phalangist forces will eliminate the 2000 "terrorists" which Israelis assumed / claimed were still in the refugee camps. .............. so the Phalangist mislead the Israelis so what is the point ?

Nothing new on this one, except that most big fish terrorists like Arafat included evaded Israel forces and run for their lives.

Let's see. You consider Sharon and Israel responsible for Sabra and Shatilla killing, because Phalangists were Israeli allies and the camps was under Israeli controlled area.

But you don't consider Arafat and PA responsible for all the suicide bombing, even though all the suicide bombers come from Arafat controlled areas, and 5 out of 6 attacks are from Fatah/Tanzim/Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades which report directly to Arafat?

I agree with what was said just recently that when it comes to getting a negotiated settlement done, blame, history, and "truth" all go out the window.

Pragmatism in action.

So what's the point of the endless (and circular) fingerpointing exercise?
