Beru AG Lowers Impco Tech Stake To 1.6% From 7.4%

WASHINGTON -- Beru AG has decreased its stake in Impco Technologies Inc. (IMCO) to 1.6%.

In a Monday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it beneficially holds 205,000 common shares of the company after selling 725,000 between March 21 and April 15 at prices ranging from $13.50 to $15.71 each. Impco shares closed Monday at $11.75.

On Jan. 25, Beru reported a 7.4% stake in the company.

Impco Technologies, Cerritos, Calif., makes systems of fuel storage, fuel delivery and electronic control.
