Thanks David, as you have indicated it appears that record date is the last day of the month and payment is to be within 15 days of the record date.

Over 25% of the issued units have traded in the first 4 days. Once all those who bought for the flip and need to make payment are out hopefully it will start to creep up towards the $11.00 range.
