Well since you asked....<g>

Right after Mr. Peel and I married, we were living in a small college town, the first semester we lived in this dumpy walk up studio type thing probably no larger than my closet today...but it was close to the campus...and Mr. Peel hated it.

So the next semester, we bought a trailer (they called it a "mobile home"<g>) and we found this really cool place out in the woods for it (right next to Mark Twain National Forest)...we lived there until he finished school...and since we had fixed it up, built a deck on it...decorated...blah, blah, blah.., we sold it for double what we paid...

Actually I guess you couldn't say it involved making a LOT of money since we didn't pay that much for it to start with..but I prefer to think of it terms of ROI on a percent basis...

:)
