Justa, 57.15 seems to be the breaking point for MSFT. If that goes, the rest of the NDX (and COMP) should follow it down. I think the 56.33 is the next support below 57 on MSFT (.618 re-trace). There is some additional support in the 55 area also.

If MSFT hits 56.33, the NDX could be around 1390, which may be the lower line on the falling wedge which we're back inside.
