An American President is not a dictator (regardless of what Junior George thinks) and not every bill will contain exactly what the president wants. That does not excuse the theft of a public resource, oil, bought from the Russians and paid for with taxpayer money. That oil will do little to ease any energy problems, it's value lies in the fact that it can be taken away from the public at large for the personal profit of a few wealthy individuals ready to corrupt their positions of public trust.
