Richard stop putting up smokescreens! Admit that you didn't know what 'multiple' means and move on.

Unlike some here I'm not advocating that anyone sell or buy a particular stock, switch, short, whatever. That's up to them. Actually I was repeating what Russett said on the Barrick thread, to paraphrase, that traditionaly the market has accorded Barrick the highes multiple (that word again Richard - it means P/E multiple - get it?). I did no research into his claim, but I do remember that Barrick had a high market cap relative to its competitors, and this surely has to do with expectations for future growth.

You've made a series of boners in the last few posts Richard - never mind and keep your cool!

So with P/E 's, the higher the figure the better?
