Wow, Varian is pretty nasty I made some negative comments as well. Wonder if I'm next. I basically think the judge didn't understand the issue of freedom of speech too well and he gave very bad instructions to the jury. I also think the plaintiff's are wasting the companies money in this ridiculous suit. They should have just ignored them. Suing them just gave the defendants a larger audience.

This has certainly reinforce my negative opinions of Varian and their slimebag lawyers. So much for freedom of speech on the internet!
