If I indicated it was the same I was wrong. I still maintain that Clinton cannot be held responsible for the actions of the greedy theives who want to tap the common resource for their own gain.

Quorum in the Senate is 51, so I guess that 34 could override a veto, assuming it was overridden by the House too.

34 votes would only override the veto if there was only 51 votes cast. 2/3 of the votes cast have to support overriding the veto. If less then 51 votes are cast then nothing is passed.
