Our recent checks also indicate that Dell is looking to forge an alliance with Lexmark-in response to the HWP/CPQ merger-that at the very least we would expect to result in a co-branding alliance ala’ EMC. We are reiterating our Buy rating on shares of Dell and 12-month price target of $35.
