BellSouth may announce today, according to Verbier, the Safra brother's form, agreement to pay the USD345million.

The market believes the agreement will make viable the USD30 million (this year) expansion of its network which has a 34% share (3.7 million users) this year.

BCP then may sell its participation to another Brazilian cellular operator.

Latin America answered for USD683million or 14% of BellSouth Revenue of USD4.76 billion in Q4.

But the last days discussions have already damaged BCP's image on the international market.
