I think the last .25u athlon was 700mhz. Everything above was .18u.

Sorry, 1GHZ 0.25u Athlon (only Athlons to have 512KB of cache, so far) does exist. It came out in May 2000 along with 1GHz Coppermine P3 a few days later. Its been over 22 months and Intel has yet to double its performance in that time. AMD has more than doubled it as 256KB 1GHz Tbird @266 is much faster overall than 512KB 1GHz Classic @200.
