The reason the city is racist is because of the people ... 170 years of economic and racial discrimination ... not the fact that six out of the nine present city council members are Democrats.

I still fondly remember how the black management of a Cincinatti hotel went out of the way to help my wife and I while we were visiting there in 1985. I was really impressed.
