In my most frustrated distant spectator opinion more attention needs to be paid to the May 31 when it is now being said that APC can acquire additional interests without complications from Oxy. If this is correct and if YOU were going to be a buyer after May 31 - what would YOUR strategy be in April and May? Whole thing has become a mess to me - and a financial nightmare. Bob

Hops - I have noticed that you tend to slag off SH at most opportunities - but then that only goes to prove that you don't really read it, or if you do you miss the good posts. Indeed it has been SH that has been front and centre in what's happening and Robinson of KOB and Zen has alluded to information posted on the thread about APC's tactics, and in fact one of the j/vs has been quoted as saying that they learn more about what's going on from the SH thread than they do from the operator! And if you're so down on SH what the hell do we learn from this thread or from you for that matter??

There are better days ahead. Sadly, I see there are good people here, posting the same type of non-information as the SH thread. There really are some serious posters, on SH, who make a real effort to track down information and/or explain, from their technical area of expertise, their take on how the events are unfolding. "This is not Anadarko's finest hour, and they've got a shameful record on this project, but another Watergate (pun intended)? Get real! " I fully agree with you that there is far to much BS posting about conspiracy and deceipt, with regards to APC's handling of the operations at ELH. One of my "fishing buddies" was kind enough to explain, from a "production", rather than "explorationists" point of view, what APC was possibly thinking. It was an interesting and very informative (at least to me) read and I'd encourage you to take the time to read his points. Between Oilfinder and my "fishing buddy" you may be able to see the gameplan that is now most likely to occur, IMHO. Frustrated? You bet I am, as are all of the long time investors in the dream known as ELH. But dreams can and do come true, my friend. I fully expect the larger JV's to be involved through the production stages and I'm comfortable that KOB will be around long enough to be taken out at a very hefty premium. You should also be aware that Mr. Robinson spends a great deal of his time, here in North America and is a very well respected businessman and CEO, amongst his investors. This is the "little train" that thinks it can and is, IMHO, the little train that just might!! Sure hope I'm right because I have a "seat or two" on that "little train"!
