an emerging facet called "profit maximization" or somesuch. yeah thats EPO, the hottest thing in my business now. It tells you how to price your product optimally depending on where it sits in the chain, so if its excess capacity in a wh somewhere it can be promo'ed for cheaper than something that has to be sourced, etc. Its an analytical app. This is the first generation that doesn't even take into acct logistics costs so theres a lot of ROI to come with this. Ask any pricing mgr now, pricing is a crap shoot. Interwoven warned by less than Juniper, right? Maybe it'll go up. However, the creaming it's taking after hours doesn't have me holding my breath. Jnpr preannounced 125mm revs. But the most pessimistic analysts were looking for low 100s. so it was an upside surprise!! I don't think iwov was, or any of this software carnage. Well sebl hasn't started hiring yet - I do know that. L
