Did I miss something? Are you replying to someone else? Where did stratfor come from? The fact that Cheney got a position paper from an energy company suggesting the Administration should not impose price caps is, well, totally and completely unsurprising and scandalous in no sense of the word. It is also totally and completely unsurprising that the Administration policy jibed with that tune because, gasp!, they're REPUBLICANS! The supposed Enron-Cheney smoking gun is laughable. If that's all they've got, the Democrats will be laughed out of any hopes of election in 2004. Derek
