ROY, HOW ABOUT A FRAUDULENT PAID ANALYST WITH BASELESS PROJECTIONS? MAYBE SOME OF THOSE SPAM PAID NEWS TOUTING LETTERS?

MAYBE THAT WOULD GET THE STOCK MOVING?

ALTHOUGH IT WILL NOT REALLY CHANGE THE LONG TERM OUT LOOK.

XYBERNAUT QUOTE OF THE DAY: "if Ed got his head chopped off he'd issue a PR to say how well his new diet was working, because "I just lost 5 pounds".

It's hard to see how a drop in revenues over 4Q01 (which followed 9/11, the force majeure event the company has blamed for their woes) can be viewed as "consistent growth". To reuse my line on Agora, if Ed got his head chopped off he'd issue a PR to say how well his new diet was working, because "I just lost 5 pounds".

Where is the bottom ? With expected sales of $12-15m, I'd say we could go below $1 even allowing for a generous price/sales of 5. At that price of course, the dilution becomes horrendous even if they do manage to achieve the huge cost savings they claim to be able to do.

They really need some upside sales surprises right now, but that does not look in the cards if sales are falling quarter on quarter. What are all these 90 resellers doing ? If they were selling any units at all it's hard to see how $12m annual revenues is not a total lowball. What is IBM doing ? Why has Xybernaut STILL not accepted the MA V from IBM ? One reseller (wearit.biz) claims to be expecting to sell 1K Xyberkids units this year. How is that consistent with only $12m in total expected revenues ?

Too many questions, not enough sales. We still have a total of one material sale of MA Vs (to Bell Canada, announced last August), and even that turned out to be half the units mentioned in the original PR (150 instead of 300). But hey, maybe NUWC Keyport will turn out to be ordering several hundred units when the solicitation eventually comes out. And "denial" is a river in Egypt.
