Funny how the WS Journal puts the R by Hatch, but doesn't put the D(for dipshit democrat) by Reno.

Good article.

<< Unfortunately for Mr. Lockyer and Ms. Stovall, Microsoft filed a motion last week seeking to dismiss the case on the grounds that the state AGs don't have legal standing. It argues that antitrust law does not give nine states and the District of Columbia the right to impose a judgment on the rest of the country. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly was intrigued enough by the idea to invite the Justice Department to weigh in with a brief.
Let's hope it does, and that the courts then put an end to this decade-long crusade. Not only would a settlement be good for Microsoft, taxpayers and computer users, but we suspect it would even help Microsoft's rivals, or at least those still able to innovate. >>

Funny how he says "at least those still able to innovate". I guess he's saying that SUNW will continue to whine and complain far into the future.

IMO,
Dave
