"They were more courteous and helpful than the management of any other hotel I have ever patronized" Do you feel it was because they were black? I'm still having a little trouble figuring out what your point is. I appreciate and have recieved helpful service from all races that I have encountered. I also have encountered lousy service from all races. I think someone's helpfulness and attitude is created from somthing other than the color of their skin.
