What you mean "we", kemosabe? I'd be happy to include myself among that "we", but it would certainly throw a wrench into the much leaked Perle/Wolfowitz "Iraq next" strategy. Which seems to have quite a devoted following around here.

Note that he only stated "come to Baghdad"... not have free reign over the countryside, including the Hussein's personal estates where much of this stuff is likely to be hidden.

We have to call his bluff though and bring our folks back in there.. Now that he's opened up the door, we have to step through it.

Either way, either we replace him, or nullify his ability to produce WMDs, the mission is accomplished. This might just be a way for him to effectively "surrender" to UN demands for inspections, something he halted when he threw out previous inspectors, thus delaying the demise of his regime.
