The physics or physical nature of the universe is Temporal. Thus, always has to be explained in reference to a before and an after. Doesn't work.

The "quantum fluctuation" is the creative event and as such has a cause of some kind, even if it is indeterminant. There is also the implication that it isn't a unique event and there could be many parallel universes.
