if true down the tubes goes the war on terror. Interpretation - the arabs dictate to Bush what to do and he is caving in. No wonder the US stock market and the dollar are sliding. Saudi Arabia and Egypt being the greatest winners - as the horrifying events of 9/11 are disappearing from the world consciousness and thousand of terror victims will be soon forgotten, not to mention those wounded. I feel very very sad

He says the compensation figures have been announced publicly in Iraq and Mr. Hussein is promoting the program in the Middle East. Mr. Rumsfeld says, through the compensation offer, Mr. Hussein is hiring and encouraging terrorists to kill innocent people.
