I adjusted my chart lines to the most lenient possible, so now I'd say the DJIA must close above 10180 and Naz above 1780 to be able to potentially call this a false break.

SPX also in a similar situation now, going below both the lower trendline from the recent decline, and also below the uptrend from 9/11

My SPX uptrend line is now at 1109. It was not touched today.
