You're right - but guidance may come tonight: 14:54 ET Dell Computer analyst meeting preview (DELL) 26.01 -0.56: Dell will host an Analyst Meeting tomorrow in New York. First Albany believes company will likely issue a press release this evening updating Q1 guidance. Firm expects Dell to reiterate its prior sales (down 3-5% sequentially) and EPS guidance ($0.16). On balance, firm does not expect any major revelations that lead to significant changes in sentiment on the shares. Continues to view Dell as "the best house in a lousy neighborhood." Maintains Neutral rating; would be buyer in the lower $20s.
