DMA,

No one argues that there are "no" differences between men & women. Thankfully, there are wonderful difference between the sexes. Although, none of those differences effect a woman or man's ability to gain success through hard work & determination. If you are questioning whether women should be in the public arena, that of course is the woman's choice....same as a man.

Look at the results in a culture where women are still oppressed & forced to follow strict guidelines in life. As the countries of the Mid-east demonstrate....the texture of life becomes hard edged & cruel. In order for society to benefit from the distinct contributions of both sexes, females must have freedom to choose their path in life...in the same manner as men.
