The dead CIVILIANS wouldn't agree. I don't see how they could. The hunt for Osama has gone from a wanted dead or alive poster to a picture on a milk carton. That's not to say it's not a concern, it's just not an all out war like some people try to maintain. In a month or two the ground zero site will be cleaned up and the steelworkers will go home. The army and FBI and CIA will continue a low grade police action worldwide unless and until they can start a real war with Iraq or Iran. TP
