Albert, re: "It is just less of a fun than it used to be......" This is more of the spirit that I hope can be encouraged in the thread. I realize that some posts draw out bickering exchanges. But this is often the response that is desired and a more effective response would be to just ignore (or IGNORE) them. re: "percentage of those by Elmer and Yousef and such are growing exponentially" I believe many of the posters who are critical of AMD have been constructive of late and I appreciate their contributions. If you feel some posters are consistently not contributing then I believe IGNORE is far more appropriate than to respond in kind and double the problem for everyone. When the quality of posting drops... we lose the participation of many. Your "drug" post was a "straw that broke the camel's back" for me after several weeks of higher than desired noise. re: the self-imposed ban sounding strong I wasn't sure how else to interpret your offer to "stop posting based on your request....". I agree this would be more than warranted - but a little change would be nice so you are welcome for the feedback and I will spare the thread any further repetition of my opinions on thread courtesy. -PT
