Can you explain this more? I never heard of Dov Frohman or the Technion.

Tim and all, I got a response back from Haim Barad. He's actually working in Hudson now, not in Haifa, so he's not in the middle of things. (I'm not sure if the instability was a reason for his transfer, though.)

Other than him, I don't know anyone else currently in Haifa.
