Re: "That is an absurd lie." The defining moment (for me) in the most recent presidential election came early, in the New Hampshire primary. GWB fielded a question from a woman in a wheelchair. She said: "Mr. Bush, what is your agenda for the physically challenged people in America?" GWB grinned like the cheshire cat, then blurted out: "Well, the first thing we're going to do is lower your taxes." Then GWB laughed like Goofy. The camera then panned to the woman. The disappointment that showed on her face was worth a thousand words. Kind of says it all, doesn't it? Re: "This is the reason most people ridicule you."
