Michael, I hope you're right about the arbs not being able to resist the play for much longer...

By the way, the AH bid is rising, now at 9.95

What real evidence do you have that the merger will actually go through?

This is TOOO good for the ARBS to ignore !!

Ignore??? The arbs are the ones who caused the spread to widen over the last few days by unwinding their positions as a result of the uncertainty that now looms more ominously in view of the lawsuit and pending court date.

I agree, all indications are CPQ has bottomed out. It can scrape along at these levels, but it should start back up soon.

Michael-- 12% is not worth the gamble to the big guys. My tiny position was flushed +.24 last week. Back today @ 9.87. WW made certain since he was throwing millions in the sewer there would be few that made the big bux. If things do not go well Sun $10 will begin to look good.

Everyone is calculating the premium...I believe HWP is backing up to be on par with CPQ @ .6325 shares, not CPQ rising to be on par with HWP...doesn't anyone else see this??? I have thought this all along...

Robbie

P.S. I still think CPQ should have bought LXK and not merged with HWP...now I hear DELL is announcing that they will bundle LKX printers with their computers. Another case of inept CPQ management dropping the ball.
