You may recall that the current administration got a late start because some folks in the last administration put up a lot of roadblocks to the transition process.

Since Pres Clinton had 8 yrs.....2 yrs would be reasonable for the Bush Adm. In 6 mos the Taliban is no longer in control of Afghanistan. I would call that expeditious action.
