there's also about 600-700 fewer Nasdaq stocks trading than last year at this time, and about 1600 fewer than in 1999? even since September, just before they froze the delisting requirements, there are 200 fewer stocks on the exchange....................

I was thinking the same thing. Alot of companies that would be warning about now are belly up. I guess the market is efficient after all. Takes some time though.<g>.....................

Might have something to do with all the reduced expectations that have been going on.
I don't know, but I'd be if that is the case, it was conviently left out.
