KPN Mobile launches i-mode

KPN Mobile launches on April 4, its new service i-mode. With i-mode KPN will be able to offer its clients unique mobile data services. With these new services consumers will be able to request information easily and without having to wait too long. Mobile services availbale to i-mode users are among others, news, stock exchange quotes, route descriptions, games. Also pictures can be viewed on the handset. The Dutch mobile company announced that as of April 18, i-mode handsets will be available to consumers in the shops of Primafoon, BelCompany and The Phonehouse in The Netherlands.
