Nice try, Will, but the fact of the matter is GWB and his Imperial Presidency busted the budget all by his lonesome, just like his old man and "Dutch" Reagan did. Just look at the bloated defense spending bill that GWB sent to Congress and you'll begin to understand what I'm talking about.

Re: "You dems should be happy." The last time I was happy in this regard was when President Clinton balanced the budget.
