The fetus is not a "living human being"......it is part of the woman's personal domain--her body. It is not an independent human being until it can survive without her life support system. Once it develops to the point it can sustain life outside her body, you can call it another independent human being. Until that happens, it is part of her body, and she has legal rights in that regard.

End of discussion... because I've heard all the arguments before & they don't have merit unless the above criteria is met.
