JWC - Sure will be happy when the form 10 and subsequent AMEX listing is approved and finalized for $4/share. A great dividend for owning PCBM (1 AllPro for every 50 PCBM). Taking a $4 share price for AllPro and taking into account the outstanding number of PCBM shares, folks on Raging Bull are calculating the resulting value of PCBM - at the minimum - to be $.08. Considering you can pick up PCBM shares today for a penny ... people who bought today will achieve an 800% return in 40 trading days, again assuming everything comes together. I've met Vince.
