Ah, but Jorj, the Constitution is a "living" document, you see. The parts that don't really fit today's society don't count, and the parts that are silent about today's issues really should be stretched to fit today's issues.

Basically, I think you should take out a copy of your Constitution, draw a black marker line through the parts you don't like, scribble a bit in the margins, and then you would have a better idea of how the Constitution should really be interpreted.
