Ah, but Jorj, the Constitution is a "living" document, you see. The parts that don't really fit today's society don't count, and the parts that are silent about today's issues really should be stretched to fit today's issues. If it would be convenient. Basically, I think you should take out a copy of your Constitution, draw a black marker line through the parts you don't like, scribble a bit in the margins, and then you would have a better idea of how the Constitution should really be interpreted.
