I think Zeev admitted he blew on his calls for a rally in this scenario. So he is resorting to alternate scenarios.
Turnips have 40% chance of error according to him. Although, they have two big blown calls in last 6 months......Bear Market is very hard to predict as the whipsaws are violent and impulsive.
