Hi Val,

You sold GBU-t after the market closed on April 1st and shorted ATY-t at that time also. The rule of the thread is no more than one buy and one sell in any one month. The only exception to this rule is if you get stopped out of a stock when it dips below $1.00, which the entrant has no control over. You would have had to sell your GBU on March 31st to avoid having a double trade in April already. Hence you are stuck with your ATY short until at least May 1st.

I hope you understand this rule and it works out in your favour.
